A Hocus Pocus Halloween Party

On Friday, we had a Halloween party at our apartment. So many of our food ideas came from Pinterest.  Besides the decoration photos, I took ZERO pictures. I guess it was because we were having too much fun. 

We were the crew from Hocus Pocus! My hair only lasted for the first few pictures. After that, I was tired of messing with it. :) Don't you just love the loofah and Dove soap bar?

To my Dad.

I always seem to be one day late. I am terrible at that "photoaday" on Instagram because I am always posting my days... late. Well, I don't think my Dad will be to upset, because he secretly loves making appearances on the blooog. He is my #1 reader, and I am sure my biggest fan. I am one blessed girl, and I just don't think a girl could have a better Dad. Happy Father's Day, one day late. :)

Hello Summer

I worked Memorial Day, but did get to spend that weekend at the lake. It was just beautiful.

And this past weekend, I went to a local brewfest with some good friends.

Summer is definitely my favorite time of year. 

It is going to be a good.

Everybody's Doing It...

My wish for 2011.

one:: On may 10th to become a nurse, and celebrate Ryleigh's third birthday of course. I'm anxious, excited, nervous, terrified, and extremely hopeful... About the graduation. I'm excited my niece will be 3, just can't believe it. Time sure does fly.

two:: To read the entire Bible. I think I'll do the this.

three:: I want to pray every single day.

four:: find a new church. I must admit ever since my church closed in may, I haven't been very much. I just want to find a church that fits me.

five:: I wish to exercise more. Isn't that most people's wishes? Seriously, it must happen. People weren't kidding when they said you stop growing taller when you get older, you just grow wider.

six:: Maybe I'll eat less fatty foods in the process.

seven:: More time for me and my little girl, Tallulah. Because she is getting older, and one day I might not have her, and that breaks my heart.

eight:: I will spend more time with my friends, after graduation of course. I don't know how much time I won't have come January 10th, but I'll make the most of what I have. I need my friends.

nine:: I wish to do for me. So many times we give give give for others, and forget that we must be happy first. I don't know how someone can please someone else until they are happy with themselves. After all, no one will be happy in the end. So I must do a little something for myself first. Selfish? I think, IMPERATIVE!

ten:: I will choose my battles more wisely, because you can't take back words already spoken.

eleven:: I wish to be more thankful, and count my blessings more often than I do.

and one to grow on:: TO keep my car more clean. The bullet needs lovin' too.

I can't believe 2010 is one day away from being over.
Even though 2011 is an ODD number, I am SURE it will be anything but.

Christmas is almost here!! I have had a wonderful week. I will post more pictures after Christmas, but for now, here are just a few from our Tacky Christmas Party!!

I am in love with Christmas time. Although I still have ONE final left for the semester, I still can't help but look at all these snazzy pictures that remind me of the most wonderful time of the year. I will upload our decorating day of Christmas when I can find the cord to the camera. For now, here is my favorite duo...

TODAY I AM THANKFUL FOR WORK and WHOEVER DIDN'T CALL IN so they could  call ME OFF! WOO HOO which is AH-mazing, considering I worked last Thanksgiving!

weekend RECAP

friday: my buddy had a pumpkin carving party. WE HAD A BLAST!

 this last one was the centerpiece. we had wood and hay around it to make it look like a bon-fire!

saturday: I went back to my buddies and we hung out, watched football, road on a hay ride, and had lots of fun!

sunday: Today I went to the fall festival with ryleigh, my sister, and my mama. It was a lot of fun!
