This past weekend I had a destination wedding in Ft. Myers, Florida. It was beautiful, besides the weather. However, it did manage to hold off almost all of Saturday, and the sun even made an appearance. We stayed at The Resort at Marina Village. It was beautiful.
Here are the itineraries for the wedding. I love the sailor knot.
After the reception there was a cocktail hour. We had great fun and the food was DELICIOUS.
See, this coconut shrimp was AMAZING. I could have eaten just this all night.
After cocktail hour we headed to the reception. Each table was labeled with a place that was home or had some special meaning to the bride and groom. For instance, I sat at the Tuscaloosa table, and the groom went to school in Tuscaloosa!
Birmingham is where the groom is originally from. They had places from all over, it was really neat to see.
Then we danced the night away. It was so much fun!
And the food was just as delicious here too.
The next day we were all pretty worn out, and we were just ready to be home!
The trip started out a little rocky on Friday morning, but I don't want to bring the drama to the blog world. However, it ended perfect and I can't wait to go back! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!!!
love the look of the itineraries s and that coconut shrimp looks so delicious!
